We're excited to announce the arrival of MD Andrew Kay and CSO Russell Davies, who joined Rosie in January, completing our management team.

Andrew joins from Wieden+Kennedy London, where he was Head of Account Management, responsible for the resourcing, development, training and performance of the agency’s account handling department. He also led the Lurpak account and the Mondelez business, itself a combination of UK, North American and Global brands.  

Russell joins the agency from an interim role as CEO of digital charity Doteveryone. He brings twenty-five years of experience working for companies like Nike, Apple, Microsoft, Honda, W+K and R\GA, and is the only person to have won both an APG Creative Planning Award Gold and a D&AD Black Pencil.
