Nick is a global strategist with nearly twenty years’ experience working across every discipline and category there is. He’s worked at agencies including Ogilvy and Leo Burnett and, before BETC, spent almost decade with Wieden+Kennedy. He’s contributed to some of the world’s most effective, awarded campaigns, including work for Dove, Corona, Booking.com, Heineken and Bud Light.
Nick’s thinking led to the Cannes Effectiveness Grand Prix for Heineken and an IPA Effectiveness Award for the Department of Transport and THINK! Following spells amongst the canals of Amsterdam and skyscrapers of New York he now lives in North London with his wife and young son.

Rosie has worked for some of the most creative ad agencies in the world. Before joining BETC London she was Creative Director at Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam, where she led the integrated launch for Levi’s Global as well as the Powerade campaigns for the 2012 Olympics and the 2014 FIFA World Cup.
Rosie has also worked for BBH London, Mother London, Madre Argentina and Cliff Freeman & Partners NYC. She’s run Global and Regional brands such as SABMiller Global, Coca-Cola, Fanta, Bacardi, Sauza Tequila, Britvic: Robinsons/J2O/Tango/Fruit Shoot, as well as luxury brands Burberry, Van Cleef & Arpels & Gant.
Andrew has experience of managing local and global businesses at several leading agencies including; CDP, Grey London BBH and Wieden+Kennedy.
During his time at Grey Andrew worked across a variety of P&G brands and helped the country to sleep at night with Horlicks. At BBH he worked on Barclays, the agency’s largest domestic account, and also launched the ‘mobile internet’ for Vodafone.
Prior to BETC, during his 10 years at Wieden+Kennedy, Andrew led the global Coca-Cola team at W+K Amsterdam - launching Coke’s new brand positioning and endline ‘Open Happiness’, as well as Powerade’s sponsorship of the London 2012 Olympics and the Brazil 2014 FIFA World Cup. He also worked on campaigns for EA games, P&G, and ESPN Europe. At W+K London, Andrew was head of account management and also held responsibility for all the agency’s Mondelez business - a mixture of local, regional and global brands.
